I now offer mediation services for Workers Compensation Cases in the Tulsa area.

As an Attorney for over 25 years, primarily practicing in the workers compensation system, I have had the opportunity of representing both claimants and respondents. Doing this has given me the 'vision' to appreciate the problems and concerns OF BOTH SIDES. Understanding the concerns of both sides is one of the 'skill-sets' needeed for any successful mediation.

I have also served as Presiding Judge for the City of Tulsa as well as serving as Judge for the City of Henryetta. Handling thousands of cases over a 7 year period has been  an invaluable  of experience.  While training is useful, there is no substitute for experience.
